The Hiawassee Pavilion features through-tenon king posts, purlin style 8/12 roof, and the precision of hand-crafted mortise and tenon joinery. Available in sizes ranging from 12 to 30 feet wide, 12 to 30 feet long, the Hiawassee brings woodworking artistry to traditional truss styling.

What's Included In The Package?

Timber frame shop drawings/post-placement plans sent electronically.
Timber frame structure precut, trial fit, and bunked for shipment.
All hardware needed to install the timber frame pavilion (i.e., wooden pegs, Timberlinx™ connectors, concrete anchors, metal brackets, and fasteners).
2x6 Spruce tongue and groove decking for the roof surface of the awning (optional).
Full Assembly Instructions.
Raising of the timber frame structure by the HTF crew (optional).

What's Not Included?

Electrical chases (can be added for an additional fee)
Foundation work
Roofing
Installation of the 2x6 decking material.
Lighting or plumbing
Additional seating or enclosure, etc.

Delivery & Satisfaction

We offer free delivery to anywhere within a 120-mile radius (2 hours out, 2 hours back) of our shop in Cookeville, TN and around Garden Valley, ID, as well.

Our pavilion packages, like all of our timber frames, are delivered on a flatbed truck since they are too big to come in boxes.

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of each of our timber frames. So, if something is wrong, we make it right.
