What's Included In The Package?
- Timber frame shop drawings/post-placement plans sent electronically.
- Timber frame structure precut, trial fit, and bunked for shipment.
- All hardware needed to install the timber frame barn (i.e., wooden pegs, Timberlinx™ connectors, concrete anchors, metal brackets, and fasteners).
- 2x6 Spruce tongue and groove decking for the roof surface of the awning (optional).
- Full Assembly Instructions.
- Raising of the timber frame structure by the HTF crew (optional).

We offer free delivery to anywhere within a 120-mile radius (2 hours out, 2 hours back) of our shop in Cookeville, TN and around Garden Valley, ID, as well.
Our timber frame barns, like all of our structures, are delivered on a flatbed truck since they are too big to come in boxes.
We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of each of our timber frames. So, if something is wrong, we make it right.
