How The Homestead Timber Frames Design Phase Begins…
The first design consultation with our design team is an in-depth conversation in our office or on the telephone. At this first working session we discuss your ideas, desires, and needs. We explore your budget expectations, construction timing, style choices, and space requirements. Together we fill out our “Design Considerations” worksheet and view photos you’ve gathered that inspire you. Want to learn more? Check out our Preliminary Design Phase Page.

Detailing The Homestead Timber Frames Process…
A successful building project is composed of well-managed details. The first step in building a timber frame home (or any timber frame project) is to choose a qualified company. We believe you make this decision based on three criteria: 1) The company offers excellent design services; 2) The company is professional in its services and skilled in its craft; and 3) Personalities complement yours, creating a sound working relationship. In other words, trust is key to a successful project. Want to learn more? Check out Our Process Page.
