Warner Parks Of Nashville Project
These pavilions are in conjunction with a park land and river restoration project that helps restore riverbank integrity in the Edwin Warner Park area. The two shelters there will be removed, and we will be building the replacement pavilions for the park.
Door County, WI
Historic Granary Restoration
Homestead Timber Frames was chosen by Door County Wisconsin Historical Society in 2021 to aid in the preservation and restoration of a 1901 Teweles and Brandeis Grain Elevator, now known as the Door County Granary.
Birchwood, TN
Timber Frame Party Barn
Built using White Oak and Bald Cypress timbers, this beautiful barn is used for large family and friends’ gatherings. Beautiful on the outside and breathtaking on the inside, this barn is truly one of our favorite projects to date.
Arrington, TN
Castle Gwynn Project
Castle Gwynn is located in Arrington, Tennessee, and is home to the Tennessee Renaissance Festival held every year around May. The trusses we are handcrafting will be installed before the festival and will be showcasing a 400 year old French castle Griffin carving.

Houser Creek Timber Frame Pavilion
Homestead Timber Frames raised this incredible Farmer’s Market pavilion located beside The Discovery Park of America in Union City, Tennessee. It sits at 4500 square feet with a beautiful fireplace and plenty of room for events and more!
Arlington, TN
Farmers Market Pavilion
Homestead Timber Frames was contacted in the fall of 2019 to build this beautiful Douglas fir heavy timber frame pavilion. The 42′ wide x 72′ long pavilion was hand cut in our shop and was successfully raised at the site in May of 2020.
Aldie, VA
Educational Pavilion
Designed and built for a nature preserve in Aldie, Virginia in 2019. Featuring natural cedar posts, this pavilion is truly a wonderful addition to the already beautiful setting surrounding it.

Tanger Outlets Pergola
Homestead Timber Frames was proud to design and build this wonderful pergola at the Tanger Outlets Mall located in Southaven, Mississippi. This pergola is enjoyed by thousands of people on a yearly basis.

Dresden Farmers Market Pavilion
Homestead Timber Frames raised/built this gorgeous pavilion in June 2014. It is located in Dresden, Tennessee and sits at 3250 square feet. It is a beautiful host to events, weddings, and farmers markets for the Dresden area.

Timber Frame One Bank Branch
Erected in 2016, this bank features a dark-painted timber frame. It is seen by bank clients and employees daily and is one of two timber frame bank branches that HomesteadTimber Frames has built for One Bank.

Auxier Timber Frame Airplane Hangar
This incredible Timber Frame Hangar will rest in beautiful Payette, Idaho. Our owner is a private pilot himself and was tired of the standard metal box that most hangars are.
