Julian San Inocencio | Designer

Originally from Methuen, Massachusetts, Julian San Inocencio has been drafting/sketching structures on his own for quite a few years. His love for designing homes sprouted at the tender age of 9 years old and during his elementary years, Julian attended drafting classes which laid the foundation for what he does today. Initially modern architecture was the style Julian had preferred. Once he discovered the incomparable world of timber framing, he became enchanted by its nostalgia-inducing nature. Julian now possesses a healthy obsession for timber framing.

Whenever time permits, he also thoroughly enjoys working in our shop. Learning is a love that Julian exhibits daily when introduced to an additional timber frame/design related topic. Being in the shop allows his natural mathematical mind to visualize working the wood by hand while translating those steps to our shop drawings.

When Julian is not whipping-up a fresh timber frame design, he can usually be found playing one of his many guitars, cooking, or enjoying the outdoors. Another one of his passions is geometric pen & ink drawing. Julian appreciates nature and technology equally and proof of this can be seen in his very unique art.
